It's Blog Against Theocracy Weekend...
and I've not nothing.
This being a year in which we're going to pick a new person for the job of POTUS, it is not a surprise that there are people playing up the gay card with an even greater voraciousness than before.
There's no need to name them again. Those who know don't need to be reminded again. The ones who don't need to know will continue to make all sorts of excuses not to.
No for some of us, blogging against theocracy is something we do 24/7/365, although today, rather than to end my day with a bad case of nausea again, I'm taking off the day off and tagging out to someone else for a change, or at least for the time being.
I will say that what I do find as a surprise is how many continue to demand expressions of faith from politicians, knowing full well that in doing so, what they really doing is begging to be lied to. Some who are, incidentally, are of late trying to justify their arrogance, ignorance, and hypocrisy at my expense but no reason to travel down that road again.
Again, the ones who know already, do, and the one's who don't, will make all sorts of excuses not to.
